New for 2025 Tax Season! (Spring 2026)

To effectively serve you, we're implementing a new tax process for tax return preparation

How does the new appointments  system work?

Watch this video to hear from Ryan about the updated appointments schedule for 2025 Tax Season (in spring of 2026) and to see what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

From January 1 - April 20.

Click "Schedule an Appointment" to talk with us outside of the tax season (January 1-April 15).

Click "Tax Season Reservation" to be one of the 50 tax returns we work on for the week.

Step 1

Use this link to choose which week you would like to have your return worked on. Please keep in mind when you typically receive all your tax documents and information. If you are not able to provide us with your needed information at least two business days prior to your scheduled week, you will get bumped to the "parking lot" and your return will get completed as time allows.

Step 2

Upload or drop off your tax documents and information at least two business days prior to your scheduled week. This will keep our workflow and schedules moving forward. We will do our best to contact you prior to this deadline as a reminder so that you don't miss your scheduled time. Please also indicate your preferred method of communication!

Step 3

The Bald CPA team will use the information you've provided to prepare your tax return. Be on the lookout for any communications or questions from our team during this time. Our team will reach out when your return is ready for review. Just as before, a PDF of the preliminary return will be available in your Client Portal. There may also be a link to a video of your preparer talking through the information in your return.

Step 4

After reviewing your preliminary tax return, sign the e-file authorization form (sent through the RightSignature platform) so that we can submit your return electronically. Paper copy mailed or available for pickup.

Step 5

Pay any tax due or set up payment plans as soon as possible.

SPECIAL NOTE:

The IRS is now requiring all refunds to be made electronically. Bank information will be necessary if you are receiving a refund.
